 “Job Well Done” Dinner Honors Pastor Jack and Kelly Oates
Pastor Oates officially retired April 30, after 15 years of faithful service at First Presbyterian. He preached his last sermon Sunday, April 24. There was not a dry eye in the house! His last sermon was entitled “Steady As He Goes.” The points of his sermon were about letting go but holding on. Text was Deuteronomy 31:1-8 and Joshua 1:1-9; 24:1-28.
