FPC is partnered with “Vehicles for Charity” (VFC) as an eligible recipient of proceeds from the sale of donated vehicles. How does it work? It’s so easy! The donor provides information to VFC (online or by phone), releases the vehicle to VFC, the vehicle is towed at no expense to the donor, VFC handles the sale, provides documentation of the sale price, and issues a proceeds check to the church. All types of vehicles can be donated – cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, RV’s. The donation is tax deductible and the donor is able to designate where the proceeds are to be used (general fund, building fund, missions, youth, etc).
VFC was originally formed to support MARC, a non-profit organization providing essential support to the developmentally challenged. A 30% share of proceeds from donated vehicles will go to MARC and 70% to FPC.
