‘Summer Book Group’ - 13 June through 29 August
Description: Come and be a part of THE SACRED JOURNEY this summer. We will be reading through Frederick Buechner’s books, The Sacred Journey, Now and Then, Telling Secrets, followed by J.D. Salinger’s, Franny and Zooey and Annie Dillard’s Holy the Firm. So bring a lawn/beach chair if you have one and join us whenever you’re in town!

This is a place for you. Whether you are a UM undergrad or grad student, a young adult in the working world or looking for work, single or married or somewhere in between, join us for a time of connections and conversations, wrestling and wondering, friendship and fun. (NOTE: First Sunday of each month will be ‘Moving Pictures’ movie night.)

‘Moving Pictures’
Enjoy going to the movies? Anyone who’s interested is invited to meet at the Wilma Theatre on the first Sunday evening of the month to see what’s playing (throwing Milk Duds at each other included), then head out for a beverage (fermented or otherwise) and discuss the film.

‘Couple’s Small Group‘
For newly-married, almost-married, still married folks. Meet monthly to share conversations about the beauties and difficulties of one of God’s greatest gifts in safe, supportive, atmophere.
